1. Products & Use

1.1 Our products are intended for equestrian use only and should be used in accordance with their intended purpose.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any horse gear purchased is suitable for your horse’s size, breed, and needs.
1.3 We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, or failure to follow safety instructions.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2 Prices are listed in [NZD] and include/exclude applicable taxes (as stated on our website/invoice).
2.3 Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or events beyond our control.
3.2 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1 We accept returns for unused items in original condition within [15] days of delivery.
4.2 Custom-made, personalised, or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
4.4 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Warranty & Faulty Items

5.1 Our products are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
5.2 Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care is not covered.
5.3 To claim under warranty, proof of purchase is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Except as required by law, we exclude all warranties, guarantees, and conditions.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6.3 You acknowledge and accept that horse riding and handling carry inherent risks.

7.2 Products may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions due to manufacturing processes.
